A warm flat roof or a built up roof bur is one where all the insulation is above the joists deck making them part of the warm fabric of the building.

Celotex td4000 comprises a polyisocyanurate rigid foam insulation core with a thermal conductivity of 0 022 w mk and low emissivity aluminium foil facings on both sides bonded to a layer of 5 5mm wbp exterior grade plywood.

To insulate a flat roof with a concrete deck we recommend a warm deck construction method where the vapour control layer is sandwiched between the concrete deck and a layer of rigid pir insulation boards.
